Job summary

Forest River, Inc. in Indiana is seeking a Warranty Representative to support dealers and customers by phone and email, assist with issue resolution, and create troubleshooting documentation.

The ideal candidate shows attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, and a strong customer-service mindset, with willingness to learn many RV components in a fast-paced setting. You will work cross-functionally with production and service teams to ensure timely, accurate warranty

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Intermediate computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Office programs.
• Familiarity or general knowledge of RV parts, or an understanding of electrical/technical systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Desire to provide extraordinary customer service to the dealer/customer network.
• Able to work within a group and transition between responsibilities given.
• Willingness to learn many different components of a RV.

Responsibilities

• Provide Technical Support to our Dealer base (via phone/email).
• Provide Customer Service to both Dealer and Retail base (via phone/email).
• Provide Production Support and help with Problem Resolution.
• Develop Troubleshooting documents.
• Learn product line from frame to final.
