Forest River, Inc. is seeking a Warranty Representative to provide technical support and superior customer service to our dealer and retail networks.

The role includes helping with production support, resolving problems, and developing troubleshooting documents to cover the full product line. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn diverse RV components.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Intermediate computer skills; familiar with Microsoft Office.
• Familiar with RV parts or electrical/technical systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Desire to provide extraordinary customer service to the dealer/customer network.
• Able to work within a group and transition between responsibilities given.
• Willingness to learn many different components of a RV.

Responsibilities

• Provide Technical Support to our Dealer base (via phone/email).
• Provide Customer Service to both Dealer and Retail base (via phone/email).
• Provide Production Support and help with Problem Resolution.
• Develop Troubleshooting documents.
• Learn product line from frame to final.
