Job summary

Forest River, Inc. is seeking a Warranty Representative to provide technical support to our dealer base and customer service to both dealer and retail customers via phone and email. You will assist with production support, problem resolution, and troubleshooting documentation.

You will learn the RV product line from frame to final, in a fast-paced team environment, with an emphasis on accuracy, strong communication, and a commitment to exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Intermediate computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Office programs.
• Familiarity with RV parts, or understanding of electrical/technical systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Desire to provide extraordinary customer service to the dealer/customer network.
• Able to work within a group and transition between responsibilities.
• Willingness to learn many different components of an RV.

Responsibilities

• Provide Technical Support to our Dealer base (via phone/email).
• Provide Customer Service to both Dealer and Retail base (via phone/email).
• Provide Production Support and help with Problem Resolution.
• Develop Troubleshooting documents.
• Learn product line from frame to final.
