Blue Compass RV is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in a fast-paced dealership environment. This role emphasizes organization, communication, and teamwork to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

You will manage inventory handling, assist with orders, and help maintain positive customer interactions after the sale. The ideal candidate brings at least two years of coordinating experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and a proactive attitude toward learning

Qualifications

• Two years of Coordinator experience.
• Prefer familiarity with the RV industry.
• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
• Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative assistance and support to the sales team.
• Order supplies and equipment for the store as needed.
• Communicate with customers on post-sale follow-up and GM letters.
• Review deals prior to OM to assist in accuracy checks.
• Answer phones and greet incoming customers.
• Process coach logs, new unit and transfer arrivals.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisor.
• Increase sales through timely marketing and merchandising programs.
• Conduct cycle counts, stock adjustments and assist inventory.
• Plan and implement product presentations, signage and pricing.
• Display new products and remove discontinued items per markdowns.
• Balance daily receipts and process cash/credit payments as needed.
