Job summary

Blue Compass RV is seeking a friendly Receptionist to be the heartbeat of the dealership. You’ll greet customers, route calls, and keep the front desk organized while supporting the team with clerical tasks. The role includes handling deposit payments and sharing product information with walk-in customers.

Qualifications

• Must be able to greet customers warmly and maintain a positive, professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort with basic clerical tasks and using dealership systems.
• Ability to work evenings (until 8 PM) and some weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Be the first smiling face customers see, welcoming visitors and scheduling VIP appointments.
• Answer and route incoming calls with confidence and efficiency.
• Keep the front desk running and manage clerical tasks for the team.
• Accept and process deposit payments for RV purchases.
• Provide basic information about products and services to walk-in customers.
• Take pictures of RVs to support marketing or inventory updates.
• Jump in to help with any additional tasks to create an exceptional experience.
