You will recruit, train and mentor managers, align operations with the company vision, and optimize store profitability while maintaining high standards of service and merchandising.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in retail leadership or dealership management.
• Proven track record of leading high-volume operations with measurable results.
• Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting and financial oversight.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, train and retain top talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations across RV Sales, Parts, and Service with clear goals.
• Drive sales objectives, merchandising, inventory control and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and monitor budgets, P&L, and financial performance quarterly and annually.
• Coach and build management teams; implement performance plans and development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize store programs and growth.
