Responsibilities

• Lead Sales Operations and set a culture of accountability and excellence in the sales department.
• Oversee inventory, pricing, reconditioning, and showroom presentation; review deals and support deal structuring.
• Coach and grow Sales and F&I teams; maintain talent pipeline for leadership roles.
• Resolve high-level customer concerns and ensure a personalized experience.
• Coordinate promotions and marketing events; manage staffing and logistics for off-site shows and on-site events.
• Collaborate with Operations, F&I, Parts, and Service to deliver seamless customer experiences.
