Bish’s RV in Longview, TX is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and grow our dealership’s sales department. You will coach a high-performance team, drive market share, and align pricing, promotions, and customer experience to meet short- and long-term goals.

You will partner with marketing, finance, and service to optimize inventory, profitability, and customer satisfaction while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a high-volume sales team in the RV/auto/marine/power sports sector preferred.
• Strong inventory planning and shrinkage control experience.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
