Bish’s RV Billings is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations across RV sales, parts and service. You will develop teams, set goals, manage budgets, and drive customer satisfaction while ensuring showroom organization and profit goals. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
• Detail-oriented, process-focused leader with strong staff accountability.
• Demonstrated dealership sales management and revenue generation.
• Solid knowledge of sales management, merchandising, inventory control, and security.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations including RV sales, parts, and service.
• Set goals, recruit, and manage department managers.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and P&L for profitability.
• Ensure showroom merchandising, lot flow and cleanliness.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with Parts, Service, and Rental to meet sales goals.
