Bish’s RV, Inc. is seeking a Service Manager to lead and grow the service department, driving continuous improvement and innovation. The role will focus on coaching a high-performance team of technicians, advisors, porters, and detailers while meeting short- and long-term goals.

You will tailor staffing to seasonality, monitor KPIs, and implement strategies to improve capacity, productivity, and profitability. A strong culture of development and vendor relations is essential to success.

Formación

• Experience managing a high-volume service center in RV, automotive, marine, or power sports is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead in evolving environments and own the vision.
• Strong leadership and project management skills; capable of guiding multi-team initiatives.
• Experience with rebranding or ongoing brand growth is a plus.
