Kunes Auto and RV Group in Wisconsin Rapids, WI is seeking an experienced RV Shop Foreman to lead our RV service department. In this hands-on role you’ll dispatch repair orders, support technicians, and set up sold RVs, working closely with the Service Manager and Service Advisor.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of RV service experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Advanced diagnostic and repair knowledge of RV systems (electrical, plumbing, LP gas, appliances, HVAC, slide-outs).
• Coordinate a busy service operation.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with dealership service management software.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• RVIA/RVDA certification and RV towing experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch repair orders to RV technicians based on their skills and expertise.
• Support technicians and make sure they have the parts they need.
• Monitor technician times and add required parts to repair orders.
• Coordinate with lot porters to move RVs into the shop on time.
• Prepare detailed estimates for RV service work.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Lead a small crew on full set-ups of sold RVs.
• Help with customer RV pickups and drop-offs as needed.
