Job summary

Kunes Auto Group is seeking an RV Service Advisor to join the Elkhorn, WI team. You’ll be the primary contact for RV owners from drop-off to vehicle departure, turning concerns into clear work orders and updating customers throughout the process.

Whether you have RV/auto service experience or come from customer service, hospitality, or retail, we offer comprehensive paid training, mentorship, and ongoing coaching to help you build a rewarding RV service career.

Qualifications

• Experience in RV or automotive service advising preferred.
• Background in RV or automotive parts, customer service, hospitality, or retail encouraged.
• Familiarity with RV systems (electrical, plumbing, LP gas, appliances) is a plus.
• Strong focus on customer service excellence.
• Basic computer and math skills for bills and payments.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent service from drop-off to pickup.
• Assist customers with maintenance, repairs, warranty work, and seasonal service.
• Turn customer-reported problems into clear, actionable work orders for technicians.
• Explain recommended services and keep customers updated throughout the service.
• Coordinate with technicians, parts, and warranty staff to schedule work and track repairs.
• Stay current on new RV products and attend product training as required.
• Maintain a customer follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business.
