Kunes Auto Group in Elkhorn, WI is seeking an RV Service Advisor to be the primary contact for RV owners from drop-off to pick-up. You’ll translate concerns into clear work orders, keep customers updated on repairs, and ensure every RV leaves road-ready.

Ideal candidates have RV or automotive service advisory experience or related fields, a strong customer-service mindset, basic computer and math skills, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Customer service-focused approach and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Basic math and billing/transaction handling skills.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks and software used in service desks.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage RV drop-off and pick-up with professionalism.
• Convert customer concerns into clear, actionable work orders for technicians.
• Provide updates to customers on repair progress and timing.
• Explain recommended services and pricing to customers transparently.
• Coordinate with technicians, parts, and warranty staff to keep repairs on schedule.
• Stay informed on new RV products, features, and training requirements.
• Maintain a follow-up system to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and safety guidelines.
