Kunes Auto Group is seeking an RV Sales Consultant to join our growing RV dealership team in Wisconsin. You’ll help families and outdoor enthusiasts find the right new or pre-owned RV, build relationships, and provide an outstanding buying experience.

Training and support are provided to help you succeed in a fast-paced, commission-based environment. Ideal candidates have a passion for camping and the outdoors, with strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed.
• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and guide them through the RV purchasing process.
• Build relationships through exceptional customer service.
• Explain RV features and towing requirements to ensure safe selections.
• Negotiate and complete RV sales professionally.
• Coordinate with the service team on pre-delivery inspections.
• Maintain customer relationships through follow-up and referrals.
