You will manage parts inventory, assist customers and technicians, and coordinate orders with suppliers to ensure timely delivery. Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with dealership management software (DMS) or inventory platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Manage RV Parts Inventory – Track, organize, and reorder parts with precision.
• Anticipate Needs – Forecast stock needs across service and sales departments.
• Support Customers & Techs – Assist owners and service technicians with locating and ordering parts.
• Order Coordination – Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries and accurate invoicing.
• Promote & Upsell – Recommend compatible upgrades and RV parts promotions for retail customers.
