Job summary

Bish's RV, Inc. is seeking a motivated RV Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair RV systems in a fast-paced service environment. You will work under experienced technicians, advancing your skills while delivering quality service to customers.

Ideal candidates bring strong mechanical aptitude, basic tool knowledge, and a willingness to learn. You must be able to lift 25–50 lbs and pass safety and background checks; on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
• Have a set of personal tools and be able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Inspect RV units and assist with diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, propane, and carpentry systems.
• Learn and execute Get Ready and customer orientation procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with installation of accessories and aftermarket parts and document completed work.
