Job summary

Camping World in Massachusetts is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to diagnose and repair RV coach systems, generators, and body components. The role emphasizes advanced diagnostic and repair skills across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC areas.

You will document diagnostics, perform maintenance, track parts, and ensure work meets quality standards. Willing to certify on-site and lift up to 50 lbs; tools required.

Qualifications

• Must have (or have potential to obtain) college/technical school certification in a trade.
• 1+ year service technician experience preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress.
• Ensure that the final work product meets quality standards and is inspected.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
