Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) in Medford, MA to diagnose and repair RV systems, generators, and coach components. You will handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and body maintenance, documenting tests and parts used, and ensuring quality work with supervision.

A valid driver's license and own tools are preferred. We may certify Technicians on-site and value applicants with 1+ year of service experience; RVIA certification is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Certification in a trade field is helpful but experience counts.
• Minimum of 1 year service technician experience preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.
• Must furnish own hand/tools.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress.
• Ensure that final work meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
