Job summary

Camping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to diagnose and repair RV coach systems, generators, and body components.

The role emphasizes advanced diagnostics, mechanical and electrical work, and strict safety and quality standards on a growing team. The technician will document tests, manage parts, and keep supervision informed of progress, with on-site duties and opportunities to certify in-house.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in trade field is helpful but not required
• Minimum of 1-year service technician experience or related fields preferred
• RVIA certification helpful but not required
• Must furnish own hand/shop tools
• Lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements
• Keep supervisor appraised of work progress
• Ensure final work product meets quality standards and is inspected
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
