Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat-Rate) to diagnose and repair RV coach systems, generators, and coach bodies. You’ll work hands-on with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical components to deliver quality service.

The role requires good attention to detail, self-motivation, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. We offer on-the-job training, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Trade or technical college certification is helpful but work experience counts.
• Min. 1 year service tech or related experience preferred.
• RVIA certification is helpful but not required.
• Must lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic tests and repair or replacement services.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs.
• Keep supervisor informed of work progress.
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
