Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to join our growing team. We value advanced diagnostic and repair skills for RV coach systems, generators, and body work.

You will document tests, perform maintenance, track parts, and ensure quality while maintaining a safe work area on-site. We welcome experienced technicians with relevant trade education; RVIA certification is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in trade field is helpful but not required.
• Minimum of 1-year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor appraised of work progress.
• Ensure final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
