Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to join our growing team. The role focuses on advanced diagnostic and repair skills for RV coach systems, generators and coach body repairs, across mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and maintenance disciplines.

The successful candidate will document diagnostics, perform multi-skill maintenance, track parts used, and ensure quality checks and supervisor review.

Qualifications

• Trade field certification or relevant work experience considered.
• Minimum 1 year service technician experience preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements
• Keep supervisor appraised of work progress
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
