Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to diagnose and repair RV coach systems, generators, and coach body components. You’ll handle electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance with attention to detail and a safety-first mindset.

The role offers on-site work, opportunities for certification support, and a comprehensive benefits package. Prior RV or trade field experience is valued, with tools provided by you and strong physical stamina required.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in trade field (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Maintenance) is helpful but experience is also valued.
• Minimum of 1-year service technician experience or related fields preferred
• RVIA certification helpful but not required
• Must furnish own hand/shop tools

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
