Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to join our growing team. We value advanced diagnostic and repair skills for RV coach systems, generators and coach body repairs.

You will document tests and perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance while tracking parts and ensuring quality at every step. The role requires hands-on ability, attention to detail and a commitment to a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in trade field is helpful but not required.
• Minimum of 1-year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.
• Must furnish own hand tools.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress.
• Ensure that the final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
