Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat‑Rate) to diagnose and repair RV systems, generators and coach bodies in Massachusetts. The role covers mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and maintenance tasks with focus on high quality workmanship.

The candidate should have trade training or experience; RVIA certification is a plus. The job offers full‑time hours, on‑site work, and benefits upon hire.

Qualifications

• Certification in a trade field is helpful but not required.
• Minimum of 1-year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
