Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat-Rate) to join our growing team in Oshkosh, WI. We value advanced diagnostic and repair skills for RV coach systems, generators, and coach body repairs, with a passion for solving mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and maintenance challenges.

The ideal candidate will document diagnostics, perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance, track parts, and ensure work meets quality standards.

Qualifications

• Trade certification in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing or maintenance is helpful but not required.
• RVIA certification is helpful but not required.
• Minimum of 1 year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Prolonged standing, bending, and exposure to workplace hazards may occur.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress
• Ensure final work product meets quality standards and is inspected
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
