Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to join our growing team in Wisconsin. The role focuses on RV systems, generators, and coach body repairs with strong diagnostic and repair skills.

Training may be provided to certify individuals not already certified. The ideal candidate will have experience in RV service, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanics, with a commitment to quality and safety on the job site.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in a trade field is helpful
• Minimum of 1-year service technician experience or related fields preferred
• RVIA certification helpful but not required
• Must furnish own hand/shop tools
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
• Valid driver's license preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
