Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat-Rate) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has advanced diagnostic and repair skills for RV coach systems, generators, and coach body repairs, with a passion for fixing mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and maintenance problems.

The role covers electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance, diagnosing and documenting tests, tracking parts, and ensuring quality work, with a focus on safety and efficiency in a

Qualifications

• Trade certification or college/tech school in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing or Maintenance.
• Minimum 1 year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.
• Must lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic tests and repair or replacement services.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress.
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
