Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician to join our team in the field of RV coach systems, generators, and coach body repairs. The ideal candidate will have advanced diagnostic and repair skills across mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and maintenance tasks, with a passion for fixing problems and attention to detail.

The role includes documenting diagnostics, performing electrical/plumbing/carpentry maintenance, tracking parts, and upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• Certification from college or technical school in trade field is helpful but not required; relevant work experience also considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor appraised of work progress.
• Ensure that the final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.

Skills

1+ year service technician experience

Education

RVIA certification helpful but not required
