Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) in Marysville, WA to diagnose and repair RV systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC and minor body work. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy and thorough documentation of parts used and time spent on each job.

The ideal candidate has a trade-school certification and at least 1 year of service experience. RVIA certification is a plus but not required. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and have their own hand tools.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in a trade field (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Maintenance, etc.) is beneficial.
• Minimum of 1 year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress.
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
