Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) in the United States. You’ll diagnose and repair RV coach systems, generators and body components, applying mechanical, plumbing, HVAC and electrical skills.

Training and RVIA certifications are discussed as helpful, with emphasis on attention to detail and self-motivation. You’ll work to document diagnostics, track parts, and ensure high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in a trade field is helpful but not required.
• Minimum 1 year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.
• Must furnish own hand tools.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with or without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress.
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
