Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to diagnose and repair RV coach systems, generators and related components. You will perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance, track parts, and keep supervisors informed of progress in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires hands-on skills across mechanical, electrical, HVAC and maintenance tasks, with an emphasis on precision, safety, and reliable workmanship. Certification support is provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• Must furnish own hand/shop tools.
• Lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with/without assistive devices.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress.
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
