Job summary

Camping World in New Braunfels, TX is seeking a Service Technician (Flat-Rate) to diagnose, repair, and replace components for customers on-site. You will document tests, track parts, and ensure work meets quality standards.

The role requires a trade credential or college/technical school background and 1 year of technician experience. RVIA certification is helpful but not required; you must provide your own hand tools and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Trade certification or college/technical school in a trade field is helpful.
• Minimum 1 year service technician experience preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress.
• Ensure final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
