Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have advanced diagnostic and repair skills for RV coach systems, generators and coach body repairs, and a passion for fixing mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and maintenance issues.

We support certification and value hands-on experience; you must furnish your own tools and may need a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

Certification from college or technical school in a trade field is helpful but relevant work experience is also considered.
Minimum of 1 year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
RVIA certification helpful but not required.
Must furnish own hand/shop tools.
Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
Keep supervisor appraised of work progress.
Ensure that the final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee.
