Ocean Lakes Family Campground is seeking a Parts and Service Associate to oversee the parts and service department, assist guests, write up work orders, and manage warranty claims for reimbursement.

The role requires on-site availability, basic computer skills, a valid driver's license, and the physical ability for lifting and outdoor work. You will support sales during deliveries and uphold safety and guest service standards.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or higher.
• Proficient in computers and basic software.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work on-site for all scheduled hours.
• Physical ability for lifting up to 50 lbs and outdoor work.

Mansioni

• Assists guests with parts and service needs.
• Prepares and writes up work orders for services rendered by the service department.
• Maintains and orders technical parts for RV units (furnaces, refrigerators, A/C).
• Completes and files warranty claims for reimbursement.
• Orders warranty parts and ensures payment where appropriate.
• Assigns work orders and assists as needed.
• Repairs and services RVs sold by Sales prior to delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of the parts department.
• Provide outstanding guest service at every opportunity.
