Camping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Parts Associate to work with customers to determine product needs. The role collaborates with the service team to estimate prices for installations before scheduling appointments, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

The position emphasizes daily customer interaction, accurate parts selection, and timely communication about progress. A valid driver’s license, basic computer skills, and readiness to lift up to 25 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• RV or camping product experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills required.
• Knowledge of Service Department procedures and policies preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsabilités

• Interact daily with customers to promote specialized product needs and installations.
• Review each job for proper sizing, colors, placement, and scheduling for installation.
• Maintain and update prepayment logs and inform customers of work progress.
• Schedule installation appointments with service staff.
• Monitor daily parts traffic and receive parts for installations.
• Inspect vehicles to ensure correct parts are ordered.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
• May cross-train to perform other duties as needed.
