Campers Inn RV of Myrtle Beach is seeking a General Manager to lead operations, drive profitability, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. The role requires strong leadership, vendor and staff management, and adherence to regulatory standards.

You will oversee inventory, promotions, and service quality while shaping a high-performing team in a growth-focused dealership environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's or four-year degree is preferred.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of RV industry or related experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong managerial skills.
• Ability to operate the department profitably within dealership guidelines.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations affecting operations.
• Proficiency with MS Office and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction for the location as an inspirational leader, aiming to meet financial goals and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and manage a high performing staff, focusing on performance, training, morale, and adherence to standards.
• Hire and supervise department managers; conduct weekly sales meetings and training.
• Address customer complaints to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory standards for new and used RVs and coordinate promotions.
• Coordinate supply and ordering of inventory; audit trade-ins; manage demos and records.
