Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in RV service with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of RV systems, components, diagnostic and repair methods, and service management software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to develop and manage budgets and analyze financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead service technicians and support staff; train and motivate the team.
• Schedule and assign work to ensure timely completion of service orders.
• Oversee shop operations, budgeting, inventory management, and workflow optimization.
• Monitor performance metrics for continuous improvement.
• Maintain a customer-focused environment; resolve inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
• Provide accurate service estimates, timelines, and updates to customers.
• Build relationships to encourage customer loyalty and long-term business.
• Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics to ensure quality and safety.
• Ensure service work meets manufacturer and industry standards.
• Maintain records for service, parts usage, and labor hours.
