Fun Town RV is seeking a Service Manager to oversee the service, parts and warranty departments at our Rockwall location. You will lead technicians and support staff, ensuring safe, efficient operations and outstanding customer service while maintaining compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities include recruiting and coaching staff, managing budgets, scheduling, implementing best practices, and staying current on RV systems.

Formación

• Experience in service management within the RV/auto industry.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, analyze performance metrics, and implement improvements.
• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and leading teams.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee service, parts and warranty departments and lead technicians and staff.
• Ensure exceptional customer experiences and timely service with efficient scheduling.
• Develop and enforce service policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Provide technical guidance and collaborate with vendors for training and warranty claims.
• Monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and support sales with pre-delivery inspections.
