Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to diagnose, repair, and replace components for customers. You’ll perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance and track parts used. Maintain safety and quality, and keep supervisors updated on progress.

The role requires trade certification or relevant work experience, and the ability to lift and handle tools. RVIA certification is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in a trade is helpful but related work experience is considered.
• Minimum 1 year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress.
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
