Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat-Rate) to diagnose, repair and replace systems for customers, while documenting work and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. You will perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance, tracking parts and materials used and keeping your supervisor up to date on progress.

The role requires a trade school certification or relevant experience, 1+ year service tech background, and the ability to lift and handle tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.
• Must furnish own hand/shop tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress.
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
