Job summary

Kunes Auto & RV Group is seeking an Assistant RV Service Manager to connect customers with our service department, coordinate technicians, and drive quality service. You will assist the Service Manager, oversee daily shop operations, and help ensure an outstanding customer experience from intake to delivery.

The role emphasizes strong communication, staff leadership, and adherence to safety and quality standards in a fast-paced RV service environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with service scheduling software.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• 2+ years RV/auto service experience, preferably with supervisory/lead duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess RV concerns to record needs.
• Recommend maintenance per manufacturer specs and RV history.
• Prepare repair orders with labor and parts estimates for approval.
• Communicate inspection results and recommend actions.
• Schedule service and assign work to ensure timely completion.
• Lead, train, and motivate technicians and support staff.
• Maintain records for service, parts usage, and hours.
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer standards and safety requirements.
