Kunes Auto Group is seeking a customer-focused service advisor to greet customers, translate service needs into work orders, and keep clients informed throughout the process. You will stay current on products and training to ensure quality work and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes achieving CSI targets, managing follow-ups, and developing plans to promote new business while supporting internal teams and budgets.

Qualifications

• Strong focus on providing excellent customer service.
• Basic knowledge of computer programs including word processing and database tools.
• High school diploma or higher education.
• Basic mathematics skills to prepare and process bills and customer payment.
• Clean driving record & valid driver's license.
• Driven personality, eager to improve and able to work within and support internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer excellent customer service from receipt to release of their vehicles.
• Assist customers in servicing, repairing, and explaining each service needed.
• Understand customer: Translate customer-reported problems to actionable work orders for technicians to complete.
• Explain service being performed and keep the customer informed and updated throughout the service of their vehicle.
• Stay up to date on new products, features, accessories and attending product training as required.
• Maintain a service customer follow up system that supports repeat and referral business and contributes to customer happiness.
• Ensure that automotive work provided to customers meets company quality standards.
• Craft goals and objectives for yourself, which include an annual operating budget, and a marketing plan to promote new business.
• Maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI) rating by handling customer complaints immediately and appropriately
