Job summary

B&B RV, Inc. is seeking a Service Coordinator who will own the service department’s customer experience from start to finish. You will be the primary contact for service customers, manage estimates, repair orders, scheduling, follow-up, and ensure every customer’s experience stays on track.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in service writer/advisor roles or similar required.

Responsibilities

• Own the service process from start to finish, from the initial request to completed repairs and delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for service customers.
• Schedule and prioritize work based on technician availability, parts, and customer needs.
• Write clear repair orders and notes communicating customer concerns and needed repairs.
• Prepare accurate estimates and obtain customer authorization for additional work.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process and follow up on open orders.
