Job summary

Campers Inn RV is seeking a Service Advisor/Writer to work with customers to schedule service and communicate additional needs for their RVs. This role supports a nationwide dealer network and emphasizes exceptional customer service and team collaboration.

The position involves estimating costs, processing repair orders, and updating customers on service progress while maintaining strong relationships with our customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of one year’s RV service experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify RV problems by listening to customer descriptions of symptoms.
• Verify warranty coverage and explain provisions to customers.
• Develop estimates by costing materials and labor and calculating payments.
• Prepare repair orders (RO).
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and update customers on RV status.
