Bish’s RV, Inc. seeks a Service Manager to lead and grow the service department, driving continuous improvement and innovation to support transformational service industry goals.

The role focuses on coaching and building a high-performance team across technicians, advisors, porters, and detailers, while meeting short- and long-term objectives. The ideal candidate will foster customer satisfaction, profitability, and strong vendor relationships, with a track record of leadership in service

Qualifications

• Experience managing a high-volume Service Center in RV/auto/marine/power sports strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead in dynamic environments and drive action plans.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multi-layer situations with positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross functional team aligned with revolutionizing the RV Service Process.
• Develop and manage a strategic staffing plan based on seasonality.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to measure success and adjust strategies.
• Develop and implement strategies for maximizing capacity and productivity.
• Foster an environment of learning, growth, and innovation.
