Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to join our growing team in Tucson, AZ. The role focuses on advanced diagnostic and repair work for RV coach systems, generators, and coach body repairs, with emphasis on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and maintenance tasks.

The ideal candidate has hands-on RV service experience, can lift up to 50 lbs with assistive devices, and is willing to obtain certifications.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in a trade field is helpful.
• Minimum of 1-year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.
• Must furnish own hand/shop tools.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic tests and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress.
• Ensure that the final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
