Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat-Rate) to diagnose and repair RV coach systems, generators, and coach body components. The role emphasizes mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and general maintenance in a hands-on environment.

The ideal candidate will have advanced diagnostic and repair skills, own their tools, and be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. RVIA certification is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in a trade field is helpful.
• 1+ year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification is helpful but not required.
• Must furnish own hand tools.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic tests and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance as needed.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor informed of work progress and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
