Job summary

National Indoor RV Centers (NIRVC) in Lebanon, TN seeks an Assistant Service Advisor to support the Service Advisor by handling customer inquiries, scheduling service, and coordinating repairs for RVs and vehicles.

You will assist technicians with parts, enter data accurately, greet customers professionally, and help maintain records and inventory while upholding safety and regulatory standards. This is a base plus commission role with earning potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service or RV service capacity.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with multitasking ability.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Advisor in handling customer inquiries and service appointments.
• Greet customers professionally and advise on repairs or services.
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments with technicians.
• Create service orders and enter customer information accurately.
• Ensure technicians have required parts and tools.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain records of service and repairs and inventory of parts.
• Maintain clean and organized service desk and bays.
• Comply with policies and regulations.
