Job summary

National Indoor RV Centers (NIRVC) is seeking an Assistant Service Advisor to support the Service Advisor in delivering exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and scheduling service appointments for RVs.

You will assist technicians by ensuring parts and resources are available, updating service orders, and communicating clearly with customers to confirm repairs and timelines. This full-time role offers base pay plus commissions with benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive or RV service environment preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Advisor in managing customer inquiries, complaints, and service appointments.
• Greet customers professionally and advise on repairs or services.
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments with time/resource planning for technicians.
• Assist with creating service orders and entering vehicle/customer data accurately.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure parts and tools are available for repairs.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of service and repairs, including parts used and time spent.
• Assist with inventory management of parts and supplies.
• Support a clean, organized service desk and bays area.
• Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
